Restaurant Managers
We are Nick’s Pizza & Pub. Our restaurants in Crystal Lake and Elgin have served these
dynamic communities for over 18 years. Nick’s Pizza & Pub is a strong, well established, full service restaurant. Each location brings in approx. 3 million a year and seats 370 guests. Our team is just under 200 boasting less than a 20% turnover rate. We love what we do, we do it on “Purpose”, and we have an opening for a Salaried Manager.

Restaurant Manager candidates should have
• A minimum of 5 years full-service restaurant experience
• Associate degree or higher preferred

We are expanding our company in the area of Special Event SALES. We are seeking an individual to reach out in the community and be the voice of Nick’s.
Be a part of the Nick’s Team! This position is designed to complete a team of professionals who are determined to drive sales. Our expectation is that the person we hire will be based out of Elgin with a majority of time being spent outside of the office driving sales. Not only will this person be selling Nick’s but also cultivating relationships throughout the community. Our expectations for output are very high. We require solid, measurable, consistent results. This position is primarily commission based.
